Kindergarten students will begin the school year by checking out one book at a time. This number may increase to two as the school year progresses and the Media Specialist and classroom teacher believe students are ready for the added responsibility.
First and Second Grade students may check out 2 books at a time.
Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade students may checkout 3 books at a time.
Books become overdue after 14 days.
Students are encouraged to renew books if they are not finished by the 14 day limit. Books will not be renewed if there are holds on a particular book wanted to be renewed.
Students are also encouraged to visit the Media Center from 8-8:20 to return books and check out new books with teacher permission.
